Activity Details

We'll meet at Rúa das Casas Reais at the designated time. From here, we'll walk through the picturesque streets of Santiago de Compostela's old town before arriving at the store for the tasting.

At the store, we'll begin with a detailed explanation of the Galician cheeses and wines we will taste. We will discuss Galicia's cheese-making tradition and the traits of each of the 5 cheeses selected for the tasting, featuring a variety from mild to intense and cured.

Accompanying the cheeses, you'll enjoy a tasting of three Galician wines. We will explain the origin, grape varieties, and winemaking techniques that give each wine its unique flavor. You'll also learn to identify the notes of aroma and flavor in these wines.

Between 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1.5 hours later, we'll conclude the experience at the entrance of the store.
