We'll meet at Rúa das Casas Reais at the designated time. From here, we'll walk together through the picturesque streets of Santiago de Compostela's old town. On this stroll, you'll appreciate the charm of this historic city before arriving at the store where we'll do the tasting.

Once we're there, we'll begin this culinary experience with a detailed explanation of the Galician cheeses and wines we'll taste.

We'll discuss Galicia's cheese-making tradition and importance, highlighting the traits and elaboration processes of each of the 5 cheeses selected for the tasting. You'll try a variety of cheeses—from mild and creamy to intense and cured!

Accompanying these cheeses, you'll enjoy a tasting of three Galician wines that have been carefully selected. We'll explain their origin, grape varieties, and winemaking techniques that give them their unique flavor.

You'll also learn to identify the notes of aroma and flavor in these wines. By the end of the tasting, you'll feel like a true expert!

Between 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1.5 hours later, we'll say our goodbyes at the entrance of the store.
