We'll meet at Rúa das Casas Reais at the designated time. From here, we'll walk through the picturesque streets of Santiago de Compostela's old town before arriving at the store for the tasting.

At the store, we'll begin this culinary experience with a detailed explanation of the Galician cheeses and wines we'll taste.

We'll focus on Galicia's cheese-making tradition, highlighting the traits and elaboration processes of each of the 5 cheeses selected for tasting, which will include a variety of flavors from mild and creamy to intense and cured.

Additionally, you will enjoy a tasting of three Galician wines, with explanations about their origin, grape varieties, and winemaking techniques.

You'll learn to identify the aroma and flavor notes in these wines, and by the end, you will feel like an expert.

Between 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1.5 hours later, we'll conclude our experience at the entrance of the store.
