We'll meet at Rúa das Casas Reais at the designated time. From here, we'll walk together through the streets of Santiago de Compostela's old town. On this stroll, you'll enjoy the city's charm before arriving at the store where we'll conduct the tasting.

Once we're there, we'll begin this culinary experience with a detailed explanation of the Galician cheeses and wines we'll taste.

We'll discuss Galicia's cheese-making tradition and highlight the traits and processes of each of the 5 cheeses selected for the tasting. You'll try a variety of cheeses—from mild and creamy to intense and cured cheese.

Accompanying these cheeses, you'll enjoy a tasting of three Galician wines that have been carefully selected. We'll explain the particularities of each wine, their origin, grape varieties, and the winemaking techniques.

You will also learn how to identify the notes of aroma and flavor in these wines. By the end of the tasting, you'll feel like a true expert!

Between 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1.5 hours later, we'll conclude the tasting at the store's entrance.
