Meet us in Plaza Cervantes, where we'll kick off our tour of the history and culture of Santiago de Compostela through its gastronomy. The tour includes visits to three traditional bars favored by locals. At each location, we'll enjoy a tapa paired with a drink of beer, wine, soda, coffee, or water, sampling various sausages, chorizos, cheeses, peppers, and tortillas.
