Meet us in Plaza Cervantes, where we'll kick off our tour of the history and culture of Santiago de Compostela through its gastronomy.

We'll visit three traditional bars, preferred by locals. At each bar, we'll enjoy a tapa paired with a drink of beer, wine, soda, coffee, or water. We will sample various sausages, chorizos, cheeses, peppers, and tortillas.
