Templars Tour

At the scheduled time, you'll meet your Spanish-speaking guide in the centre of Santiago de Compostela, in Plaza Quintana. After a brief explanation about the Knights Templar, the guided walking tour will commence.

The first stop will be the exterior of the Corticela Chapel, where the symbolism related to its history as a Templar headquarters will be highlighted.

Next, the tour will visit the outside of the Church of Santa Maria do Camiño, another building associated with the Templars.

Finally, the group will enter the Collegiate Church of Santa María a Real do Sar to explore its history as a Templar headquarters and admire its architecture and artworks. Public transport will then be used to return to the city centre.

At the end of the tour, participants will receive a surprise souvenir connected to Santiago and the tour theme.
