Cusco City & Inca Ruins Tour Itinerary

At your selected time, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Cusco and taken by minibus to the Plaza de Armas, home of the Cathedral of Cusco. You'll enter the cathedral to admire its architecture and artistic details, including gold decorations sourced from the Incas.

Next, visit the Qoricancha Temple, a significant religious site for the Inca Empire, showcasing the fusion of Inca and Spanish cultures.

The tour continues by minibus to four Inca ruins. After a half-hour drive, you'll reach Sacsayhuaman, where you'll participate in an hour-long guided tour. Learn about its historical significance as an Inca architectural example.

Further visits include the archaeological site of Qenko, the military fortress Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay, a site potentially related to water worship.

The tour concludes with a return near the Plaza de Armas after a four-and-a-half-hour route.
