Cusco Food Tour
After picking you up from your hotel at 9 am, we'll travel by minibus to the historic centre of Cusco to explore Peruvian cuisine.
During the tour, we'll visit important sites in Cusco, including the San Blas district, known for its artistic community. We'll enter the Mercado Central de San Pedro, one of the city's most popular markets.
At the market, we will explore various food stalls and learn about typical Peruvian ingredients, ranging from fruits and vegetables to meats and cheeses.
You'll have the opportunity to taste one of the most typical delicacies of Cusco. The food will vary each day; options may include the famous grilled chicken based on Roger Schuler's recipe, roasted guinea pig, or traditional Peruvian ceviche. Whatever the dish of the day is, it will be memorable!
The food tour of Cusco will conclude at the market at 12:30 pm.
