Cusco Food Tour
After picking you up from your hotel at 9 am, we'll set off by minibus to the historic centre of Cusco, ready to begin discovering the flavours of Peruvian cuisine.
Throughout the tour, we'll walk around key places of interest in Cusco, such as the San Blas district, known as the artists' neighbourhood. We'll also enter the Mercado Central de San Pedro, one of the most popular markets in the city.
Exploring the market, we'll see various food stalls and discover typical Peruvian ingredients ranging from fruits and vegetables to meats and cheeses.
We'll then get to taste one of the most typical delicacies of Cusco. The dish will vary by day, so you may try grilled chicken following Roger Schuler's recipe, roasted guinea pig, or traditional Peruvian ceviche. Whichever dish is served, it promises to be delightful.
Our food tour of Cusco will conclude at the market by 12:30 pm.
