Climb more than 4000 meters to contemplate the Humantay Lake, a unique trekking experience deep in the Andes.
Humantay Lake Hike
Following pickup from your hotel, we will travel by bus to the Humantay Lagoon in the Andes.
Our first stop is at the Mollepata settlement, nearly 3,000 meters high, for an energy-rich breakfast.
We will continue to the Soraypama camp, at 3,900 meters elevation, from where we will start the trek to the Humantay Lagoon, surrounded by glaciers.
The hike lasts about 2 hours, reaching 4,200 meters with views of local flora and fauna. After an hour at the lagoon, we will return to Soraypama and board the bus back to Mollepata for a buffet lunch.
Finally, we will return to Cusco and drop you off at Regocijo Square, completing this 13-hour adventure.
