Climb more than 4000 meters up to contemplate the Humantay Lake, a spectacular sight and a unique trekking experience deep in the heart of the Andes!
Humantay Lake Hike
After picking you up from your hotel at the scheduled time, we'll travel by bus to the Humantay Lagoon nestled within the Andes.
The first stop is at the Mollepata settlement, located at almost 3,000 meters, where we will enjoy a breakfast. This marks the beginning of your day.
We will then proceed to the Soraypama camp at 3,900 meters, from where we will start the trek to Humantay Lagoon, surrounded by glaciers.
The hike lasts about 2 hours, ascending to 4,200 meters. You will enjoy views of local flora and fauna, culminating in a breathtaking vista unique to Peru.
After spending an hour admiring the scenery, we will return to Soraypama to board the bus back to Mollepata for a well-deserved buffet lunch.
We will then return to Cusco and drop you off at Regocijo Square, completing this 13-hour adventure.
