Climb more than 4000 meters up to contemplate the Humantay Lake, a spectacular sight and a unique trekking experience deep in the heart of the Andes!
Humantay Lake Hike
After picking you up from your hotel at the scheduled time, we'll take a bus to the Humantay Lagoon in the Andes mountain range.
Our first stop is the Mollepata settlement, located at almost 3,000 meters, where we will have an energy-rich breakfast.
We will then continue until we reach the Soraypama camp at 3,900 meters, where the trek to Humantay Lagoon begins. This turquoise lagoon is set against glaciers.
The hike lasts about 2 hours, climbing to 4,200 meters, offering views of local flora and fauna. After spending an hour at the lagoon, we will return to Soraypama to board the bus back to Mollepata for a buffet lunch.
After lunch, we will return to Cusco and drop you off at Regocijo Square, concluding this 13-hour tour.
