Machu Picchu Tour Package: 4 days

Day 1: Cusco - Abra Malaga - Santa Maria

Pick up at your hotel in Cusco and drive to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Pass through Chinchero for views of the Vilcabamba and Vilcanota mountain ranges. Continue to Ollantaytambo and then to Abra Malaga Pass for a bicycle ride to Santa Maria, stopping for lunch at Huamanmarca. Accommodation will be at a centrally located two-star hostel in Santa Maria, followed by rafting on the Blanco River. Dinner and overnight stay at the hostel.

Day 2: Santa Maria - Quellomayo - Santa Teresa

After breakfast, trek along the original Inca trail for approximately 3 hours, viewing plantations of various crops. Lunch in the village of Quellomayo followed by a 3.5-hour hike along the Vilcanota River to a centrally located hotel in Santa Teresa. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Santa Teresa - Hidroélectrica - Aguas Calientes

After breakfast, leave Santa Teresa for a 4 zip-line circuit. Then, drive to Hidroeléctrica for lunch. After lunch, hike for 3 hours to a hotel in Aguas Calientes. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Aguas Calientes - Macchu Picchu - Cusco

Early morning trek from Aguas Calientes to Macchu Picchu. After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the archaeological site. Post-visit, trek for 3 hours back to Hidroeléctrica, then return by road to your hotel in Cusco, arriving by 8 pm.

This tour includes 3 nights of accommodation with breakfast. The 3-star hotels and hostels are:

Santa Maria: Hostal Doña Elena or similar.Santa Teresa: Monte Villa Hotel or similar.Aguas Calientes: Killa Inn Hotel, Quetzal Hotel or similar.

The prices are per adult in a double room.

If the activity is canceled due to strikes or adverse weather, an alternative date will be provided. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued except for the entrance fee to Machu Picchu (approx. 200 PEN), which is non-refundable.
