Your tour begins with a pickup from your hotel at 8:20 am, followed by a journey into the Sacred Valley of the Incas, known for its Incan archaeological sites.
The first destination is Maras, a town known for its salineras, or salt pans, which have been used for salt production since pre-Inca times. The evaporation ponds, arranged in terraces, offer a striking visual from the viewpoint.
Next, travel to Moray to explore a notable Inca archaeological site. The circular agricultural terraces, or andenes, were used to create microclimates for diverse crop growth. Spend an hour investigating this area.
After the tour, return to Cusco's historic centre, arriving near Plaza de Armas at 2:30 pm.
