Parnaíba River Delta Private 4x4 Tour

At 8:30 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Barreirinhas to begin a private 4x4 tour through dune fields until we reach the Parnaíba River Delta.

Upon arrival, we'll stop in Tutóia to take a speedboat across the river, visiting the delta's main points of interest. This includes viewing the ship cemetery and stopping at Caju Island, where swimming is allowed.

We will continue cruising on the Igarapés, learning about the fauna and flora, and witnessing a crab hunting demonstration. A stop will also be made at Melancieira Bay to observe its lakes surrounded by sand dunes.

We will take an hour for lunch and relaxation in hammocks by the sea.

The journey continues by 4x4 to a scarlet ibis refuge for birdwatching. As the sun sets, we will begin our return journey, concluding with the stunning views along the way.

Arrival back at your hotel is expected around 7:30 pm.
