Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we'll meet at Parque Colón and depart from Santo Domingo to begin this day trip to Los Haitises National Park.

After a 2.5 to 3-hour drive, we'll arrive and board a boat to explore the cays of Los Haitises. We'll navigate through mangrove forests and visit its petroglyph caves featuring Taino artwork. Following this, we will stop at the Arena Cave, located next to the beach.

Next, we'll sail to the island of Cayo Levantado for a delicious lunch that includes a typical Dominican dish.

Finally, we'll return to our original meeting point, concluding the trip after a total of 12 to 13 hours.
