On this day trip to Tres Ojos and Salto de Socoa, you will visit a cave steeped in legend and have the opportunity to swim next to a waterfall. Enjoy a day immersed in Dominican nature.

Day Trip to Los Tres Ojos & Socoa Falls

At the scheduled time, we will meet in Parque Colon in Santo Domingo and begin a day trip to Socoa Falls and Los Tres Ojos.

First, we will head to the Salto de Socoa, a waterfall located in Monte Plata, known for its greenery. Upon arrival, we will enjoy traditional Dominican coffee.

Next, we will walk to the majestic 20 m (65 ft) waterfall, where you can take a refreshing swim in its natural pool. A Dominican charcoal lunch will be prepared for you, using traditional techniques.

After the meal, we will walk back through the jungle and board the minibus to continue the excursion. We'll visit the Los Tres Ojos cave, a place rich in legends. Inside, you will learn about the Taino Indians, who regarded this cave as sacred.

After six hours of exploration, we will return you to the starting point in Santo Domingo.
