Day Trip Details
The trip starts with pickup from your hotel in Santo Domingo and transport to the Bayahibe Dock to begin the journey to Saona Island.
After arriving at the dock, we will set sail to Saona Island, surrounded by stunning coastlines. Our first stop will be at El Toro Beach for 45 minutes, where you can snorkel or swim in the Caribbean's clear waters.
Next, we will head to Mano Juan, a village on the southern end of the island. Here, you can enjoy a leisurely lunch, famous for its lobster stands, and visit the local turtle sanctuary.
We will then cruise through the Catuano Channel, an area of mangrove swamps, where you might see turtles and small Caribbean sharks.
Our final stop will be at the natural pools off Saona Island, where you can swim for 45 minutes before we return to the Bayahibe dock, completing our journey.
After docking, we will take you back to your hotel in Santo Domingo, approximately 11 hours after the initial pickup.
