On this excursion to the Ons and Sálvora islands, we'll set sail from Portonovo on the estuaries of Pontevedra and Arosa towards these two enclaves of the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.

At the indicated time, we'll depart by ferry from the Portonovo dock towards the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.

After 35 minutes of sailing on the Pontevedra estuary, we'll arrive at Ons Island. Once we disembark, you'll have 3.5 hours of free time. You can relax on its beaches, have a picnic, or stroll along the trails, including a path to the lighthouse of Ons.

After free time on Ons, we will sail for 35 minutes towards the Arosa estuary to reach Sálvora Island. Due to the protected nature of the enclave, we'll walk with a guide along the permitted paths, seeing the mermaid sculpture, the hermitage, and the lighthouse. At the end of the visit to Sálvora, we'll return to the ferry to pick up other passengers from Ons Island.

Finally, at 7:30 pm we'll set sail from the dock of Ons Island back to Portonovo.

Important: Authorization to visit Ons and Sálvora Islands

The islands of Ons and Sálvora are a protected area with a daily quota of visitors. To travel to them, it's necessary to obtain an authorization from the Xunta de Galicia, handled by the local tour company. Providing all required info during booking is crucial for guaranteeing access.

Once processed, the authorization will be sent by e-mail. It's essential to bring it along with your voucher, either printed or on your mobile device.

If you cannot attend, you must give at least 15 days notice and indicate the name of the person who will be absent to remove them from the list.
