On this excursion to the Ons and Sálvora islands, we'll set sail from Portonovo on the estuaries of Pontevedra and Arosa towards these two enclaves of the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.

Ons & Sálvora Islands Day Trip

We will depart by ferry from the Portonovo dock to the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.

After 35 minutes of sailing on the Pontevedra estuary, we will arrive at Ons Island. You will have 3.5 hours of free time to relax on the beaches, have a picnic, or stroll along the island's trails, including a path to the lighthouse of Ons.

After free time on Ons, we will meet at the pier to continue sailing for 35 minutes towards the Arosa estuary to reach Sálvora Island.

Here, we'll walk with a guide along allowed paths to see the sculpture of the mermaid, the hermitage, and the lighthouse. After visiting Sálvora, we will return to the ferry to head back to Ons to pick up other passengers.

We will set sail from the dock of Ons Island back to Portonovo at 7:30 pm.

Important: Authorization to visit Ons and Sálvora Islands

The islands of Ons and Sálvora require an authorization due to visitor quotas. The local tour company will handle this, so ensure all required information is provided during booking. If unauthorized, access cannot be guaranteed.

You will receive the authorization by e-mail, which must be presented with your voucher. For cancellations, a notice of at least 15 days is required, along with the name of the absent individual for removal from the list.
