Cies Islands Boat Transfer

If you're in Portonovo, you can't miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful Cíes Islands. We'll head in a boat to the National Maritime-Terrestrial Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.

After sailing for half an hour, we'll arrive at the Cíes Islands. There, you'll have the rest of the day free to enjoy the surroundings. You can spend the day enjoying the sun and taking a dip at Caribbean-style beaches or explore the fantastic hiking routes available on the islands.

The return time will be between 5:30 and 6:50 pm, depending on the permit granted by the Galician government that season.

The return timetable from the Cíes Islands to the port of Portonovo is as follows:

Please note that we can only request your permit from the Xunta de Galicia during the 30 days before your visit. Once processed, we’ll send it to you.

Authorization for campers

If you decide to stay at a campsite on the Cíes Islands, the campsite must process the authorization. If you wish to cancel, contact the campsite first and ensure they process the cancellation. Once confirmed, you can then contact the shipping company to cancel your boat tickets within the stipulated refund period.

Additionally, once an authorization is associated with a shipping company, it cannot be linked to another company. Therefore, if you cancel your reservation, you'll have to cancel your authorization and process a new one.
