On this tour of Aracaju, we'll visit the capital of the state of Sergipe, exploring main monuments, history, and Praia de Aruana.
Description
Between 7:30 and 8:40 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel, and at 9 am, the Aracaju tour will begin. This will combine walking and minibus rides for a comprehensive experience of the capital.
The first stop will be at Largo da Gente Sergipana, a monument with eight sculptures honoring folkloric manifestations of Sergipe.
Afterward, we'll spend an hour at the municipal market of Aracaju and the Albano Franco market, showcasing Brazilian cuisine and local handicrafts.
We will climb the San Antonio hill to gain insight into the history of Aracaju while enjoying a panoramic view of the city.
Next, we will visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, a late 19th-century neo-classical and neo-gothic building. Nearby, we will explore a lace-making technique recognized as Cultural Heritage of Brazil.
To conclude, we'll travel to Praia de Aruana, where you will have two and a half hours of free time for lunch and relaxation. The tour will finish with a drop-off at your hotel between 3:30 pm and 4 pm.
