Fogo Island Day Trip

We'll pick you up at your hotel in São Filipe to start this complete tour of Fogo Island, one of the iconic islands of Cape Verde.

The tour begins in Chã das Caldeiras National Park, where you can see the Fogo Volcano, the highest peak on the archipelago at 9,314 feet (2829 metres).

During the tour, you’ll observe houses built with lava and learn about the volcanic soil of the region. Visits to the rural villages of Patim, Achada Furna, and Cabeça Fundão are included.

You will have free time to enjoy lunch at local restaurants in the area. Remember to take pictures!

Finally, we'll return you to your hotel in Praia, with the tour lasting approximately 10 hours.
