Fogo Island Day Trip

We'll pick you up at your hotel in São Filipe to start this complete tour of Fogo Island. Our first stop will be Chã das Caldeiras National Park, where you can see the impressive Fogo Volcano, the highest peak on the archipelago at 9,314 feet (2829 metres).

During the tour, we'll observe houses built with lava and discuss the area's volcanic soil. You'll also visit rural villages such as Patim, Achada Furna and Cabeça Fundão.

You will have some free time to enjoy lunch at local restaurants. Make sure to take pictures of the unique landscape!

We will return you to your hotel in Praia, approximately 10 hours after the start of the tour.
