Fogo Island Day Trip
We'll pick you up at your hotel in São Filipe to start this complete tour of Fogo Island. The tour begins in Chã das Caldeiras National Park, allowing you to see the Fogo Volcano, the highest peak on the Cape Verde archipelago at 9,314 feet (2829 metres).
During the tour, we'll see some houses built with lava and discuss the volcanic soil of the area. We will visit rural villages such as Patim, Achada Furna, and Cabeça Fundão.
You will have free time to enjoy lunch at local restaurants. Don't forget to take pictures!
Finally, we will return you to your hotel in Praia, arriving 10 hours after departure.
