The first stop will be at the Company of Agricultural Research and Rural Extension of Santa Catarina, or EPAGRI, which focuses on research and rural extension in the state. This visit aims to explain how the region excels in the preservation, conservation, recovery, and sustainable use of natural resources in agriculture.

Next, we will visit the apple processing facility to learn about the stages the fruit undergoes from harvesting to distribution, including washing and selection. We'll also explore the main apple varieties from the São Joaquim region: Gala and Fugi.

If you're ready to taste, the tour will take you to an apple orchard where you can pick apples directly from the tree. Enjoy a fresh taste of the fruit!
