Early in the morning, pickup will be available at your hotel in Florianópolis to begin the excursion to Blumenau and Pomerode. The two-hour drive will take you along the Brazilian coast into the state of Santa Catarina, arriving first at Blumenau.

In Blumenau, you will explore the banks of the Itajaí-Açú River and admire the local architecture reminiscent of a German village, reflecting the traditions of the German settlers. The itinerary includes visiting the Beer Garden, Blumenau City Hall, Metropolitan Cathedral, and Vila Germânica Park. Lunch will be available, with options for Brazilian or traditional German cuisine.
