Campeche Island Transport

At 8:30 am, pickup will be from your hotel in Florianópolis to drive to the eastern coast of Santa Catarina Island. You will embark at the Barra da Lagoa pier for a boat trip along the east coast. The crossing will last one hour, passing notable inlets including Mole, Joaquina, and Galheta beaches, before arriving at Campeche Island, declared National Archaeological and Landscape Heritage in 2000.

Upon disembarkation, you can explore Campeche at your leisure, swim, or sunbathe. If you bring your own food, enjoy a picnic. You may also walk the island trails which lead to shell mounds and rock engravings. Campeche is among the locations in Brazil with the highest concentration of prehistoric remains.

We will reconvene at 3:30 pm for the return boat trip to Barra da Lagoa, arriving back at your hotel in Florianópolis by 4:30 pm.

Pickup

The tour includes pickup at hotels in Santo Antônio de Lisboa, Canasvieiras, Ingleses, Jurerê, Ponta das Canas, Praia Brava, Rio Vermelho, and Barra da Lagoa. For accommodations outside these areas, a meeting point will be provided.
