The tour starts at Manguezal Park and proceeds to the city center, passing the Municipal Market and Casa de Alfândega. Other stops include the Fort of Santa Barbara, Praça XV de Novembro, and the Cruz e Sousa Palace, which is home to the Historical Museum of Santa Catarina. The Metropolitan Cathedral, a National Heritage Site, is also on the route.

Iconic attractions like the Hercílio Luz Bridge and the Antonieta de Barros Tunnel will be covered, leading to Small and Conception Lagoons. You'll visit Joaquina and Barra beaches with half-hour stops, and then proceed to Rio Vermelho Park, along with Ingleses and Canasvierias beaches, where there is a 50-minute stop to enjoy local food. The tour will also visit Jurerê Internacional for 40 minutes before concluding in the picturesque neighborhood of Freguesia de Santo Antônio de Lisboa.

The tour lasts eight and a half hours, concluding at Shopping Iguatemi Mall.
