João Pessoa Day Trip

Discover João Pessoa, located in Paraíba, on our day trip from Recife. We will explore the historic center and natural surroundings, ending the day with the sunset at Jacaré Beach.

Day Trip Details

Picking you up from your hotel in Recife at 7 am, we will travel 62 miles (100 kilometers) along the Atlantic coast to João Pessoa, the easternmost point of the American continent.

Upon arrival, we will conduct a guided tour, beginning with the historic center. Key sites include the Casa dos Azulejos, Casa da Pólvora, and the Church of San Francisco, as well as a visit to Solon de Lucena Park and its lagoon.

Next, we will head to the region's beautiful beaches, including Cabo Branco Beach and its lighthouse, Tambaú, and Ponta do Seixas, which is the easternmost point in the continent.

We will also visit the Paraíba Handicraft Market, where a variety of handicrafts, such as clothes and ceramics, can be found.

Our day will conclude with the sunset viewed from Jacaré Beach, accompanied by a bolero by Ravel. A catamaran ride during sunset is also available for an enhanced experience.

After a memorable day, we will return to Recife, dropping you off at your hotel by 7 pm.
