Description

At the designated time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Italia Building and start a guided tour of the historic center.

This 550-foot (168-meter) skyscraper was declared a World Heritage Site due to its flawless vertical architecture. We'll then pass by the Municipal Theatre, inspired by the Paris Opera House.

As we continue walking, we'll reach the Ramos de Azevedo Square and the Pátio do Colégio, built in the 16th century with the aim of catechizing indigenous populations, resulting in conflicts between missionaries and colonizers.

We'll then visit the Aroma e Sabor restaurant for a traditional buffet lunch, enjoying views of the São Bento Monastery and the Farol de Santander building.

After lunch, we'll explore the area of Liberdade, Sao Paulo's Japanese neighbourhood, discussing its traditions and history.

The tour lasts 4 hours and concludes at the meeting point.
