Description

At the designated time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Italia Building and start a guided tour of the historic center.

This 550-foot (168-meter) skyscraper was declared a World Heritage Site due to its flawless vertical architecture. We'll then pass by the Municipal Theatre, inspired by the Paris Opera House.

As we continue walking, we'll come to the Ramos de Azevedo Square, followed by the Pátio do Colégio, built in the 16th century to catechize indigenous populations, leading to conflicts between missionaries and colonizers.

We'll then go to Aroma e Sabor restaurant for a traditional buffet lunch. While enjoying lunch, we'll look out at views of the São Bento Monastery and the Farol de Santander building.

After lunch, we'll head to the area of Liberdade to explore Sao Paulo's Japanese neighbourhood, discussing the traditions and lifestyle in this community.

We'll end this tour after 4 hours at the meeting point.
