Infants Under 1 Year

Please be advised that children under 1 year of age can join the transfer free of charge but should sit on the lap of a parent or guardian. Should you wish to use a baby seat, you'll need to secure a ticket for children aged 1 to 3 years.

Luggage Guidelines

Each traveler is allowed to bring 1 medium-sized suitcase (dimensions: 67 cm (26.3 in) high, 48 cm (18.8 in) wide and 27 cm (10.6 in) long) or 1 small suitcase (dimensions: 55 cm (21.6 in) high, 40 cm (15.7 in) wide and 25 cm (9.8 in) long), along with 1 personal item (backpack or shoulder bag). Excess luggage or non-compliant bags will incur a 100 BRL surcharge per journey.Should a passenger have excess baggage, they must notify us 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify may result in the driver deciding whether to allow boarding based on space availability.Special luggage, including surfboards, strollers, and folding wheelchairs, must be reported ahead of time, as a fee of 100 BRL will apply, subject to item size and availability.For hard-to-reach accommodations where a support vehicle is needed, the passenger must assist with transporting their luggage between vehicles.Travelers are accountable for their own luggage at all times.
