Castelhanos Beach 4x4 & Boat Excursion

Visit Castelhanos Beach by land and by sea on this excursion from Ilhabela. We'll travel by boat and 4x4 and you can decide the order of the visits!

Options

When booking, you can choose between two options starting from Avenida São João, both including a boat ride and 4x4 transportation.

Departure by 4x4 and return by boat (7.5 hours)

At 10 am, we'll depart in a 4x4 vehicle to Castelhanos Beach via Ilhabela State Park. This 22-kilometer (13.7-mile) route is exclusively accessible by 4x4. The journey includes three stops: the first at a natural pool, then at the viewpoint of Castelhanos Beach, followed by a visit to Cachoeira do Chuveirinho.

After enjoying Castelhanos Beach with free time for swimming, we will regroup to board a boat to Eustaquio Beach for another half hour of swimming before returning to Ilhabela by boat.

Departure by boat and return by 4x4 (8 hours)

This option starts at 9:30 am with a boat ride to Eustaquio Beach, followed by half an hour of free time. Then we will sail to Castelhanos Beach for free time to explore and have lunch.

Later, we will take a 4x4 vehicle back along the Atlantic Forest road, making stops at natural pools, the Castelhanos Beach viewpoint, and Cachoeira do Chuveirinho. We will conclude the excursion at approximately 5:30 pm back in Ilhabela.
