At 11:30 am on the morning of the tour, we'll meet in front of the Leon Pancaldo Tower in the port of Savona. This experience will engage all your senses as we explore the culinary tradition of this Ligurian city.

We will navigate through the historic center of Savona, taking in the main tourist attractions. During the stroll, we will visit several characteristic locales to taste various delicacies from Ligurian cuisine.

Tastings will include the classic focaccia all'olio, as well as lesser-known specialties like panissa, a crunchy snack made with chickpea flour, and farinata, a chickpea flatbread cooked in a wood-burning oven.

To conclude our tour, we will enjoy something sweet and an espresso. After three and a half hours immersed in Ligurian gastronomic tradition, the experience will come to an end.
