At 11:30 am, we'll meet in front of the Leon Pancaldo Tower in the port of Savona. This experience aims to engage all your senses as you learn about the culinary traditions of this Ligurian city.

We will stroll through the streets of Savona's historic center, visiting the city's main tourist attractions. During this journey, we will explore some of the city’s characteristic locales where you can taste various delicacies of Ligurian cuisine.

The tour will include classic focaccia all'olio, as well as local specialties like panissa, a crunchy snack made from chickpea flour, and farinata, a chickpea flatbread cooked in a wood-burning oven.

Finally, we will conclude the tour with something sweet and an espresso. After three and a half hours dedicated to Ligurian gastronomic tradition, we will wrap up the experience.
