At 11:30 am on the day of the tour, we will meet in front of the Leon Pancaldo Tower in the port of Savona. We will begin an experience that will delight your senses. Get ready to discover the culinary tradition of this Ligurian city.

We will navigate through the streets of the historic center of Savona, admiring the city’s main tourist attractions. We will stop at some characteristic locales to taste various delicacies of Ligurian cuisine.

We will try the classic focaccia all'olio along with lesser-known specialties, including panissa, a crunchy snack made with chickpea flour, and farinata, a chickpea flatbread cooked in a wood-burning oven.

We will conclude our tour with something sweet and an espresso. After three and a half hours immersed in Ligurian gastronomic tradition, the experience will come to an end.
