Savona Food Tour

At 11:30 am on the morning of the tour, we'll meet in front of the Leon Pancaldo Tower in the port of Savona. This tour will highlight the culinary tradition of this Ligurian city.

We will walk through the historic center of Savona, appreciating main tourist attractions. During the tour, we will visit some characteristic locales where participants can taste various delicacies of Ligurian cuisine.

Tastings will include the classic focaccia all'olio as well as lesser-known specialties such as panissa, a crunchy chickpea flour snack, and farinata, a chickpea flatbread baked in a wood-burning oven. The tour will conclude with something sweet and an espresso.

After three and a half hours immersed in Ligurian gastronomic tradition, the experience will come to an end.
