Description

We'll meet at the scheduled time at the chosen meeting point in Fort-de-France and proceed north to one of the most visited places in Martinique. First, we'll stop at Balata Sacré-Cœur Church, built in 1925 and inspired by the Sacré-Cœur in Paris, for photo opportunities of its façade, surrounded by a jungle landscape.

Next, we'll head to the Balata Botanical Garden, which you can visit at your own pace. This 3-hectare orchard features over 3000 different types of plants and trees, particularly tropical species. The garden houses a notable collection of orchids and other colorful, aromatic flowers. The trails provide a perfect setting for walking and appreciating the natural beauty.

After approximately one hour of free time, we'll reconvene at the main entrance to return to the meeting points. Arrival back in Fort-de-France is expected around 2.5 hours after the initial pickup time.
