Explore the surroundings of Sciacca on our day trip to Cefalù and Castelbuono. We'll take you to northern Sicily to discover two remarkable locations at your leisure.

Cefalù & Castelbuono Day Trip

At 8:15 am, we'll meet at your chosen location and board a minibus for a 2-hour journey to Cefalù. Upon arrival, you will enjoy approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes of free time to explore Cefalù and its local gastronomy. Key sights include the Cathedral, the old harbour, and the medieval laundry. For hiking enthusiasts, a hike to the Rocca is recommended, offering panoramic views and ancient sites like the temple of Diana and a Norman castle.

Next, we will take the minibus to Castelbuono, where you will have 1 hour and 30 minutes to explore. Notable for its carnival, cheeses, and panettone, Castelbuono features a quaint historic centre in the Madonia mountains. We suggest visiting the Ventimiglia Castle, a structure from 1316, along with a Renaissance fountain and several churches including the Matrice Nuova and Church of San Francesco.

We will return to the meeting point by 7:30 pm.
