Segovia Electric Bike Tour

Sport, history and food come together on this cycling tour of Segovia. We'll discover one of the 15 Spanish cities declared a World Heritage Site.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll begin this electric bike tour of Segovia from the start of the Aqueduct Monument, located on Calle Coronel Rexach, 27. The tour will follow the full route of the Aqueduct in Segovia to Plaza del Azoguejo, then proceed along the medieval walls towards the San Lorenzo Church. After looking at its Romanesque architectural exterior, we’ll take the Senda de los Molinos path alongside the Eresma River to the Alameda del Parral path.

The tour will pass by the Santa María del Parral Monastery and the Royal Mint, Europe’s first mint. Next, we’ll visit the Vera Cruz Church, then the Alcázar and the two valleys' viewpoint for panoramic views. After that, we'll stop at the Puerta de San Andrés, leading into the old Segovia Jewish Quarter, and continue to the Cathedral for a tapa and a non-alcoholic beer.

Next, we’ll see the San Esteban Romanesque church, head to Plaza de San Martín and the Postigo viewpoint for views of the Aqueduct. The tour concludes in front of the little devil statue after 3 hours and 15 kilometres (9.32 miles).

Travelling With Kids?

When booking, indicate if a child aged between 1 and 5 weighing less than 25 kilograms (55 lbs) will join. These children can go for free in a baby's car seat. Note that children from 6 to 9 years old will not be able to take the tour due to the absence of children's bicycles.
