Cagliari Food Tasting

Meet us at Via Piero della Francesca. From here in Cagliari, we will head to an enoteca (wine repository) for a tasting of the region's best gastronomic products.

We will begin our culinary adventure by discovering the richness of Sardinian wine. Enjoy two glasses of local wine, paired with typical Italian cheeses and cold meats.

While tasting, we will share insights on the wines and products, exploring the history of the companies and the philosophy and tradition behind them.

To complement the cheese and cold meats, there will also be artisan jams, olives, honey, pickles, and croutons cooked in a wood oven. This will illustrate why Sardinian food is seen as the "elixir of longevity." Incredible raw materials!

After 1.5 hours of savouring local flavours, we will conclude the tasting.
