Meet us at the Via Piero della Francesca. From here, in Cagliari, we'll head to an enoteca (wine repository) where we'll enjoy a tasting of the region's best gastronomic products.

As soon as you take your seat, we'll begin our culinary adventure to discover the richness of Sardinian wine. We'll sip two glasses of local wine, paired with typical Italian cheeses and cold meats.

While we enjoy our food, we'll share the secrets behind each wine and product, including the history of the companies and the philosophy and tradition they embody.

To complement the cheese and cold meats tasting, we'll also provide an array of artisan jams, olives, honey, pickles, and croutons cooked in a wood oven. Experience firsthand why Sardinian food is regarded as the "elixir of longevity." Incredible raw materials!

After 1.5 hours of savoring local flavors, we'll conclude the tasting.
