Meet us at Via Piero della Francesca. From here, in Cagliari, we'll head to an enoteca where we'll enjoy a tasting of the region's best gastronomic products.

As soon as you take your seat, we'll begin our culinary adventure to discover the richness of Sardinian wine. We'll sip two glasses of local wine, both paired with typical Italian cheeses and cold meats.

While we indulge, we'll share the secrets behind each wine and product, discussing the history of the companies and the philosophy and tradition that define them.

To enhance the tasting, we'll also include an array of artisan jams, olives, honey, pickles, and croutons cooked in a wood oven. This allows you to understand why Sardinian food is considered the "elixir of longevity." Incredible raw materials!

After 1.5 hours of savouring local flavours, we'll conclude the tasting.
