Meet us at Via Piero della Francesca. From here, in Cagliari, we'll proceed to an enoteca where we'll enjoy a tasting of the region's best gastronomic products.

Upon taking your seat, our culinary adventure begins to explore the richness of Sardinian wine. We'll taste two glasses of local wine, paired with typical Italian cheeses and cold meats.

While enjoying the food, we'll share insights about each wine and product, discussing the history of the companies and the philosophy and tradition behind them.

To complement the cheese and cold meats, we'll also serve an array of artisan jams, olives, honey, pickles, and croutons cooked in a wood oven. This allows you to understand why Sardinian food is known as the "elixir of longevity." Incredible raw materials!

After 1.5 hours of tasting local flavours, we'll conclude the experience.
