Tour to Hierapolis & Pamukkale

On this excursion to Pamukkale and Hierapolis, we'll visit two of Turkey's World Heritage Sites, including natural travertine terraces and ancient ruins.

Tour to Hierapolis & Pamukkale

Pickup will be at your hotel in Ephesus for a day exploring Pamukkale and Hierapolis. The excursion begins at Hierapolis, a Hellenistic archaeological site on a plateau. Important sites include the Temple of Apollo, the Theater, and the Necropolis, as well as the Roman baths, Domitian Gate, and Byzantine Gate.

Following this, we will visit the renowned white travertine terraces of Pamukkale, formed by thermal springs rich in minerals. The name Pamukkale translates to "cotton castle".

After our visits, lunch will be provided at a restaurant. You will have free time at Cleopatra's Pool for a relaxing swim.

We will conclude the tour by returning to Ephesus, arriving at the pickup point by 8:30 pm.
