Tour to Hierapolis & Pamukkale

On this excursion to Pamukkale and Hierapolis, we'll visit two of Turkey's World Heritage Sites featuring natural travertine terraces and the ruins of a sacred city.

Tour to Hierapolis & Pamukkale

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Ephesus to explore Pamukkale and Hierapolis. The day will begin with a visit to Hierapolis, a Hellenistic archaeological site on a plateau. Key structures include the Temple of Apollo, the Theater, and the Necropolis, along with the Roman baths, the Domitian Gate, and the Byzantine Gate.

We will then proceed to the white travertine terraces of Pamukkale, where thermal springs rich in minerals such as calcium exist. Pamukkale translates to "cotton castle".

After visiting these two World Heritage Sites, we will have lunch at a restaurant and provide free time at Cleopatra's Pool for a relaxing swim.

Finally, we will return to Ephesus, arriving back at the pickup point by 8:30 pm.
