With the visit to the LA Organic farm with oil tasting, we'll learn about the characteristics of olive oil known as 'yellow gold'.
LA Organic Farm Tour + Olive Oil Tasting
At your chosen time, we'll meet at the door of the LA Organic Son Miranda estate in Mallorca, dedicated to olive oil. Upon arrival, we will admire a collection of photographs related to agriculture in the parking area.
Next, we'll watch a video on the history and origin of olive oil, including its importance for rural environments. We'll also learn about the production and the differences between refined, virgin, and extra virgin olive oil.
Our tour will proceed through the olive groves and an organic vineyard. Spain has the largest area of olive trees worldwide. During the outdoor route, we'll see a traditional olive oil mill.
To conclude, we'll attend a tasting of organic olive oil from different olives and learn about gastronomic combinations.
The activity lasts a total of 2 hours.
