Spend a day in no man's land on this tour to the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ).
Tour Details
We will pick you up from your selected meeting point in Seoul and head towards the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), a 124-mile-long (200 km), 2.5-mile (4 km) wide buffer zone between North and South Korea.
We will walk along Freedom Road, leading to Imjingak Park, where we will view artillery from the Korean War. Next, we will see the Unification Bridge and visit an exhibition room in the DMZ displaying military conflict artifacts.
We will enter the infiltration tunnel under the border and then proceed to the Dora Observatory to observe the North Korean town of Kijongdong.
This day trip lasts 7 to 8.5 hours.
Gamaksan Suspension Bridge
If you choose the tour with a visit to the Gamaksan Suspension Bridge, we will follow the same itinerary and additionally visit the Gamaksan Suspension Bridge, the longest suspension bridge in South Korea, measuring 220 meters (725 ft) long and 1.5 meters (5 ft) wide. This option is only available during the 7 am timeslot.
