During this Naksan Park excursion, participants will have the opportunity to explore sections of the historic Seoul City Wall and, upon reaching the peak, savor breathtaking 360º views of the city as daylight fades.
Tour Overview
We will convene at the Dongdaemun metro station at the scheduled time. Once everyone is present, we'll embark on a leisurely stroll toward Naksan Park. Are you ready to experience one of the finest viewpoints in Seoul? Let’s set out!
This green oasis sits at the crest of a hill, yet the pathways are designed to ensure an easy and gentle ascent. The trek will be rewarding when we reach the hilltop!
As we hike, we will encounter segments of the ancient Seoul City Wall, which has been standing since 1396. Originally stretching across 18 kilometers (11 miles), today, we can walk along 1 kilometer (0.62 miles) of its remaining structure.
Interesting fact: the park is intriguingly shaped like a camel’s back. Once we arrive at the summit of Mount Naksan, you'll be treated to stunning views of South Korea's capital as the sun sets—an ideal backdrop for memorable photographs!
After a moment to appreciate the vistas and capture the perfect shots, we’ll gather at a nearby café to enjoy a refreshing drink. Choices include coffee, cocktails, Korean beer, or soft drinks. Cheers to a lovely evening!
Finally, we will head to the Hyehwa bus station, marking the conclusion of our tour after approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Tour + Dinner Option
Enhance your experience by opting for a dinner package. Following our park tour, we’ll guide you to a local restaurant where you can indulge in authentic traditional Korean cuisine, featuring dishes such as marinated chicken or pork barbecue, steamed kimchi, and stone-cooked rice.
This extended tour lasts 3 hours and will conclude at the same location as the previous option.
