Nami Island Day Trip

Nami Island is a synonym for magic! On this day trip, you'll take a ferry to this beautiful place; famous for the colour of its trees and its half-moon shape.

Description

First thing in the morning, we'll pick you up from your hotel and we'll leave Seoul by bus, heading northeast. The first stop of the day will be at an extraordinary place in the city of Gapyyeong: Petite France.

Petite France is a theme park built in 2008 which simulates a French village. We'll wander along its streets and explore its colourful houses. You'll learn that a famous Korean TV series was filmed here, increasing its appeal as a tourist attraction.

Next, we'll continue our bus journey until we reach the ferries heading towards Nami Island (also known as Namiseom). We'll board the boat and sail along the River Bukham until we reach this unique destination.

Once on the half-moon shaped island, we'll walk along its paths, surrounded by the vibrant colours of the trees. This area in South Korea has been featured in many romantic novels. You'll have free time to relax and enjoy lunch during your visit.

Later on, we'll return to Seoul and drop you back at your hotel.

Important Information

Please note that the colour of the trees depends on the time of year. In spring they are pink and green; in autumn they are orange, red and yellow. Winter is the least recommended time of year to visit.
