Hams Caves + Dinosaurland Day Trip

On this day trip to the Hams Caves and Dinosaurland, we will explore one of Spain's earliest caves open to the public and learn about the creatures from the Age of Reptiles.

Day Trip Details

We will pick you up at your hotel at the scheduled time and head to the Hams Caves. Upon arrival, we will enter the Hams Caves to observe their beauty and learn about their formation, which began 10 million years ago. We will visit the Blue Cave after a stroll through the Round Cave's botanical garden and watch a documentary on Mallorca's history.

We will discuss the caves' discovery in 1905 and the contributions of speleologist Pedro Caldentey Santandreu. Next, we will explore the 12 galleries of the Cueva Clásica, noting the unique lighting, the underground lake, and various stalactite and stalagmite formations.

After the cave tour, we will visit Dinosaurland, which features over 100 life-sized dinosaur sculptures, including a 50-meter-high (164 feet) tyrannosaurus. We will learn about the dinosaurs' habitats and gather facts about these ancient creatures.

The tour will conclude at your hotel after a five-hour journey.
