Beginner's Scuba Dive in Arrabida Natural Park

At your selected time, we will pick you up at your hotel in Sesimbra and take you to the Sesimbra dive center, where we will provide an overview of the activity and some basic concepts.

After donning your neoprene suit, we will board the speedboat and head to one of the best diving spots in the Arrabida Natural Park. It will then be time to enter the water.

Prior to diving, we will deflate the vests, and at a shallow depth, the instructor will teach simple techniques for handling the equipment. In a short time, you will be moving like a fish through water.

This activity serves as a perfect introduction to diving and discovering an exciting sport. The instructor will supervise you at all times, allowing you to focus on enjoying the experience. After approximately 45 minutes of diving in the ocean, we will return to the boat.

We will conclude the activity by taking you back to your hotel in Sesimbra.
