Arrabida Natural Park Adventure Tour

We'll meet at Creiro Beach at the selected time. Our instructor will be waiting to embark on an adventure to the Arrabida Natural Park.

Upon arrival, we'll explore the crevices of the Arrabida mountain range in search of a natural viewpoint to try abseiling. Equipment will be provided for climbing down the rocky walls while enjoying views of the Setubal peninsula and the Atlantic Ocean.

The terrain will also offer opportunities for horizontal circuits, challenging participants in rope belaying and balance, providing a real physical test.

We will traverse areas of white limestone and admire cliffs over 300 meters high while connecting with nature and observing local vegetation.

After two hours, we will return to Portinho da Arrabida beach, concluding the experience.
