At the scheduled time, we'll meet on the ER379-1 Highway to start this hiking route through the Arrábida Natural Park.

After introductions, we'll begin the hike through this area full of nature and history, established in 1976 to preserve the local flora. The park's greatest attraction is its rich vegetation, which includes one of the few examples of Mediterranean maquis.

The path will take us through the cliffs between Sesimbra and Cabo Espichel, allowing us to appreciate the native species and biodiversity of the area. We will share many interesting facts about it.

Over a distance of 7 kilometers (4.35 miles), we'll admire the Arrábida mountain range, situated along one of the most beautiful coasts of Portugal. We'll explore the wildlife, history, and traditions of this charming natural area of the Lisbon region.

Four hours later, we'll conclude the hiking activity in the Arrábida Natural Park at the starting point.
