You can find a little slice of the British Isles on the Iberian Peninsula: you can see British and Spanish culture mix on the Rock of Gibraltar.
Itinerary
We'll pick you up at the meeting point to get on the bus and head south.
After passing through the province of Cádiz and the Alcornocales Natural Park, we'll arrive at the border around 11 am. Following control, we'll begin our "Rock Tour" of Gibraltar by minibus.
You will see the African coast from the Punta Europa viewpoint, and then we will visit the Peñón natural reserve for views from Hercules' Columns. This location was regarded as the end of the world by the Ancient Greeks and appears on the Spanish coat of arms.
The 'rock tour' continues through Peñon, including a visit to the underground San Miguel Caves. These caves contain geological formations such as stalactites and stalagmites and served as a military refuge for centuries, with intriguing secrets revealed during the visit.
After exploring the caves, we will meet the famous monkeys of Gibraltar, some of the few wild monkeys in Europe. You will then have free time for lunch and to explore Main Street, the British-style shopping area on the rock.
The tour returns to Sevilla, arriving at around 8 pm.
