Itálica Day Trip

Having picked you up at the selected meet point in Seville, we'll make the 10-minute journey to Santiponce, where the Roman ruins are located.

We'll tour the Itálica archaeological site, the birthplace of Trajan, the first Roman emperor born outside of Italy. We'll begin by remembering the gladiatorial battles in the amphitheatre and continue to the Itálica theatre, the best preserved in Sevilla province. The visit will also include the original mosaics.

Five minutes away from Itálica is the San Isidoro del Campo monastery, featuring two spacious cloisters designed in Moorish style, including the cloister of the Evangelists, which contains several 15th-century pictorial works.

At the end of our tour, we will head back to Seville, located just 12 minutes away, arriving back at 2 pm.
