Embark on a journey to the heart of Upper Egypt with this private tour from Sharm el-Sheikh to Luxor, which includes airfare and entrance fees to the Valley of the Kings, Karnak, and Hatshepsut temples.

Tour Highlights

At the designated time, pickup will be arranged from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh to the airport, where you will take a flight to Luxor.

Upon arrival, a minibus will transport you to the Valley of the Kings, where you can explore three tombs featuring ancient drawings and inscriptions. Learn about tomb raiders and the legends of the afterlife.

Following this, visit an alabaster workshop where handcrafted figurines are available before proceeding to the funerary temple of Hatshepsut. This temple, carved into a cliff, honors the sun god and reflects the history of Hatshepsut, one of Egypt's first female pharaohs.

Next, view the Colossi of Memnon, enormous statues of Amenophis III, each 14 meters (46 feet) tall. Explore the life story of this pharaoh and the queens of the area.

A buffet lunch will be provided at a restaurant in Luxor before visiting the Karnak Temple, which is among the largest and oldest religious complexes globally, taking over 1000 years to construct.

The tour concludes with a return to the Luxor airport for your flight back. The total duration of the tour is approximately 17.5 hours, after which you will be dropped off at your hotel.
