Day Trip to Lake Koman

Join us on this day trip to Lake Koman and River Shala to discover the landscapes of the Albanian Alps. Enjoy waterfalls, forests, caves, and turquoise waters.

Tour Details

We'll meet at the Rozafa Hotel in Shkodër at the designated time and travel to Lake Koman, a reservoir created in 1979.

After an almost 2-hour drive, we'll arrive at the lake's pier, where we'll board a boat to sail to the Shala River. During this journey, you'll see the beauty of the Albanian Alps, including waterfalls, wild forests, karst caves, and pristine waters.

After approximately 30 minutes, we'll reach the shores of the Shala River, where you can explore, swim, take pictures, rent a kayak, and try local food.

Finally, we'll return to the pier and head back to Shkodër. After a total of 10 hours, we'll conclude the trip at our starting point.
