Dinner & Apsara Dance Show: what to expect?

Your evening of cultural immersion will begin in a tuk-tuk, a typical way of getting around in Asia. You'll be picked up from your hotel in Siem Reap at around 6:30 pm and taken to a Theatre of Folklore in the city center.

Once you're comfortably settled in the theatre, you'll enjoy a traditional Cambodian show featuring talented dancers from across the country, dressed in traditional costumes, performing the classical ballet known as Apsara dance, which dates back to the 7th century and is rooted in Hindu and Buddhist mythology.

Alongside the dance show, you'll experience a delicious buffet dinner that includes typical Cambodian specialties, with a highlight being the dish "amok", which consists of curry steam-cooked in banana leaves, featuring various ingredients such as chicken and fish.

At the end of the evening, around 8:30 pm, you'll be taken back to your hotel.
