Beautiful vineyards, exquisite wines and ancient bodegas await on our Chianti Wine Tour. You'll taste the most traditional drink from this region and visit Castellina in Chianti.
Chianti Wine Tour
After meeting at 72 Giuseppe Garibaldi, outside Hotel Minerva in Siena at 2 pm, we'll board a minibus to explore the beautiful landscapes of the Chianti Valley. As we drive through the Tuscan countryside, we'll enjoy stunning views en route to our first stop.
Our experience begins at Castello di Brolio, where we'll take a guided tour of its gardens and engage in a wine tasting session. We'll sample 3 different wines paired with Italian sausage and traditional bruschetta.
During this tasting, we'll learn about the wine production process and the stages the Chianti grape undergoes before becoming wine.
Next, we'll return to the minibus and head to Castellina in Chianti, where we'll visit one of its oldest wine cellars. Here, we'll taste various varieties of wine from the Chianti Valley, enjoy local snacks, and sample some olive oil.
Our tour concludes back at the starting point in Siena around 8 pm.
