At the appointed time, we'll meet in Piazza Salimbeni, right by the Sallustio Bandini statue, to start this guided tour of Siena. We will then proceed to Piazza del Campo to discuss the Palio di Siena, an equestrian competition held since the Middle Ages. We will also walk through the historic center of Siena, noticing important palaces like Palazzo Tolomei and Palazzo Salimbeni.

We will see the Basilica of San Domenico, which houses a venerated relic, and finally approach Piazza del Duomo for a guided tour of the baptistery and the Siena Cathedral.

Inside the cathedral, we will observe numerous masterpieces including La Maestà and a sculpture of St. Paul by Michelangelo Buonarroti.

After an hour-long guided tour, we will conclude at the Cathedral.
