PADI Scuba Dive Course on Isla del Caño
The PADI Scuba Dive Course on Isla del Caño offers a four-day PADI Open Water Diver Course leading to an official diving qualification certified by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors. Participants study the PADI Open Water Diver Manual before putting theory into practice. The course includes two pool dives and four open water dives around Isla del Caño, a renowned scuba diving paradise off the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.
Participants are taken to Isla del Caño from Agujitas de Drake by boat. Depending on weather conditions, dive locations may vary. The experience includes diving to depths of up to 60 feet (18 meters) and a knowledge review at the end of the course.
For a comprehensive experience, it is recommended to purchase Divers Alert Network (DAN) Insurance for 35 USD, not included in the activity price. Additionally, participants must fill out a form detailing their scuba diving experience and other relevant information before starting the course.
