Explore the densely populated region of Corcovado National Park on this day excursion to Sirena from Drake Bay. Your adventure will include a boat ride, a jungle hike, and encounters with various wildlife, including monkeys and sloths!
Sirena Tour
We’ll convene at the designated spot in Drake Bay before taking a brief 5-minute walk to the beach. Here, we will embark on our boats, setting off towards the Sirena Ranger Station within Corcovado National Park.
For a duration of 1.5 hours, we'll navigate these waters, surrounded by the unique vegetation and the marine life abundant in the region. Upon arrival at Sirena, we will disembark to wander this pristine nature reserve on foot. Interestingly, this section of the park is known for having the highest density of wildlife per square meter.
As we trek through the lush jungle, we will encounter a variety of wildlife, such as monkeys and anteaters. Our route will lead us to the sloth habitat, where we will pause to gather insights about these charming creatures and observe them in their natural environment!
After our hike, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch on the beach, featuring pasta, fruit, and refreshments to recharge. Subsequently, we will board the boat again for our return journey.
We’ll conclude our experience back in Drake Bay, escorting you to the original meeting point after a rewarding 8-hour adventure.
