Snorkelling on Isla del Caño

After meeting your guide on the coast of Bahía Drake, you will board a boat for the cruise to Isla del Caño. This virgin island, covered with lush vegetation, is one of the protected natural areas of Costa Rica's southwestern coast.

Upon reaching Caño Island, you will prepare for your snorkelling experience by putting on your goggles, flippers, and breathing tube. You will enjoy two dives in the shallow waters of the Pacific. The exact locations for snorkelling will depend on the weather on the day.

Through your snorkelling goggles, you will see marine creatures native to these subtropical waters, including rays and various fish species. At the end of your underwater adventure, you will return to Bahía Drake by boat.
