Pidurangala & Hiriwaduna Village Excursion

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Sigiriya at 7 am. From there, we will travel to our first stop: Pidurangala.

Upon arrival, we will explore this Buddhist complex and discuss its history. Then, we will climb up to Pidurangala Rock, which offers views of Sigiriya and Lion Rock.

After taking in the scenery, we will descend and provide some free time for lunch in a restaurant area.

After lunch, we will proceed to the village of Hiriwaduna to learn about local customs. You will experience a ride through the rice fields on an ox-drawn cart and cross Hiriwadunna Lake by boat.

The private excursion will conclude back at your hotel in Sigiriya by 5 pm.
