When booking, you can choose between two different private excursions. Both include pickup at your hotel in Silvia and return transfer:

Andean condor watching + Hot springs (11 hours)

At 6:40 am, we will head to the Puracé National Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. We will start at a viewpoint to spot the Andean condor, an endangered species. The day includes visits to various areas of interest such as the Andulbio lagoon and the waterfall of the Bedón river, along with a trip to the hot springs of San Juan. There will be an hour for lunch before returning to Silvia by 6 pm.

Puracé volcano hike (13 hours)

For the hiking route to the Puracé volcano, pickup is at 5 am. After a two-hour drive, we will arrive at the volcano. A hot drink will be provided before starting the five-hour hike to the summit at 4,673 meters above sea level, where stunning views await. Throughout the hike, we will cover interesting facts about the volcano's eruptions and its ecology. Afterward, you can visit the hot springs. There will be time for lunch before returning to Silvia by 6 pm.
